Requirements
Education
- Masters
- MSS / MA /MBA/ MSc in any Discipline from any reputed university
- Applicants having a third -class academic background are not eligible for this position.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
Experienced:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO, Microfinance activities.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age at most 33 years for fresher candidates.
- Age at most 35 years for experienced candidates.
- Meet monthly target for social business (Nobin Program) development.
- Work outside Dhaka in different districts.
Compensation & Other Benefits
After successfully completion of probation period Tk.34,000.
Unit Officer Tk.24,000 (Monthly) during the probation period (Six Months).
Provident fund, Gratuity, Mobile bill, T/A
As per company policy.
